1. Submit Your Booking Request

Visit our contact page and select “Hotel Booking Request.” Fill in your travel details: destination, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, preferred hotel type, and personal contact info. You may also upload any special requests.

2. Request Review & Consultation

After we receive your request, our team reviews it and contacts you via email or phone. We may ask for further details or preferences to personalize your booking.

3. Hotel Options & Quotation

We search for the best hotels based on your criteria and send you a personalized list with pricing, room details, and amenities. You’ll receive a quote via email or phone.

4. Confirm Your Hotel Selection

After reviewing the options, you confirm your preferred hotel by replying to us. Once confirmed, we proceed with the booking in our system.

5. Payment Process

After confirmation, you can make your payment via cash on delivery (COD) or in-person collection at our office. We will provide all payment instructions.

6. Receive Booking Confirmation

Once payment is completed, we finalize your booking. You will receive a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp with all details.

7. Enjoy Your Stay

Present your booking confirmation at the hotel during check-in. If you need any help, our team is here to assist you.
